The 2026 Sfira Half Marathon Series

& Nesivos Half Marathon, Lakewood NJ will be held on Sunday, May 17th, 2026

I committed to run at least 6 Half Marathons during Sfira. Each of these will focus on one of the sfiros, so my running will have a spiritual, not only physical benefit!

I and my Team MSA will take part in the Nesivos Half Marathon next month. Nesivos is a Lakewood based organization that focuses on teens mental health help and  family support. Please join me in helping this CHESED organization. Your contribution with go a long way supporting teens and my running!
